Settle your bank card details first: the lobby's promotion terms say changing them before the first withdrawal forfeits bonuses and winnings.

JILI1 Transaction Reference Number
Open the payment's receipt or history entry in your wallet and copy the reference the wallet prints: GCash calls it a Reference ID or Ref.

Bank holidays Philippines players run into most often are the ones that quietly delay a payout, and the dates below come from the Official Gazette’s own proclamations. A withdrawal or transfer that travels by a bank rail follows the banking calendar, whatever the lobby’s screen says. The dates matter to anyone using the JILI1 payment methods cluster, because a holiday can move a bank credit by a day or more.

Banking day meaning and cut-off time

The Bangko Sentral uses “banking days” for its own deadlines, for example written complaints answered within seven banking days of receipt. It publishes no definition of the term, so the working meaning is the day your bank or e-wallet says it processes. A cut-off time is the last moment on that day a bank accepts an instruction for same-day handling, and each bank sets its own.

SourceWhat it says about timing
GCashPESONet cash-in usually within 1 banking day when sent before 3 PM
MayaA PESONet sent on a weekend, holiday or 4:01 PM to 12:00 AM credits by 10:00 AM on the next available banking day

PESONet schedule and InstaPay timing

The Bangko Sentral describes InstaPay as up to PHP 50,000 per transaction, available 24/7, all year round. PESONet has no limit and is available on banking days only; it is a batch system, so payees get the full value within the same banking day if the instruction arrives within the cut-off.

Since 8 July 2024 PESONet settles in three cycles on a business day: 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Funds typically credit within two hours after the receiving bank gets the clearing advice, according to the Bangko Sentral’s document dated 27 August 2024.

What this changes for your payout

If you are moving money after a deposit or a withdrawal, count banking days from the date your wallet or bank gives you. The JILI1 GCash deposit steps and the JILI1 withdrawal order of steps show what to read on the lobby’s own screens. GCash’s wallet card has its own rules on the GCash Card page, and the debit and credit cards casino reference covers card payments.

For example, a PESONet transfer sent at 5 p.m. on the day before a regular holiday waits for the next banking day, and a PHP 10 InstaPay fee, where your wallet charges one, is a separate matter.
