JILI1 Transaction Reference Number: Where to Find It

Open the payment's receipt or history entry in your wallet and copy the reference the wallet prints: GCash calls it a Reference ID or Ref.

Step 5
Send it to the right party within its window

A payment that goes missing is settled with one string of characters: the transaction reference number. This page shows where GCash and Maya say to look for it and what each help centre wants sent with it, so a question about a JILI1 deposit or withdrawal can be answered from your wallet’s own records. The cashier cluster starts at the JILI1 payment methods page.

How to find your transaction reference number

  1. Open the payment’s receipt or history entry. In the wallet, open the transaction history and select the payment. Neither GCash nor Maya names which screen carries the number, so open the transaction’s receipt or its history entry and read the label printed there.
  2. Copy the reference exactly as printed. GCash’s pages say Reference ID and Reference No.; Maya’s say reference number. Keep a screenshot of the receipt next to it.
  3. Note the amount, date, time and merchant. Wallet help pages ask for these beside the reference. For a linked card payment GCash asks only for the last 4 digits of the card.
  4. Request older records if the payment left the app. GCash’s app shows 90 days; older history is a request, covered below.
  5. Send it to the right party. The table near the end of this page says who wants what.

Transaction history in GCash

GCash’s help page says the app shows transactions from the past 90 days, under Transactions, with Load More loading 15 at a time. For older records, use Request transaction history and pick a date range of up to 4 years; GCash emails a password-protected PDF.

The password is your last name in lowercase plus the last 4 digits of your mobile number, for example delacruz1234. You can only request your own history, and you cannot delete transactions. If a cash-in shows Failed or Pending, GCash says to dispute it with the issuing bank within 15 days of the transaction.

Transaction history in Maya

Maya’s support pages say transactions should appear in your in-app history in real time. The app shows the latest transactions and you scroll for older ones, and Maya states no retention period.

For an InstaPay transfer, Maya says to check that the 6-digit InstaPay Ref No. in your Maya transaction history matches the last 6 digits of the Invoice Number or Reference Number in the recipient bank’s details. Maya’s PESONet help says the reference is shown in your Maya transaction history or receipt.

Transaction ID and the other labels

Different wallets use different names for the same job, and a bank may use a third. Quote the label your own screen shows.

GCash, Scam ProtectionTransaction receipt with reference no.
GCash, merchant-side helpReference No.

BSP, complaints through BOBCase Reference Number

The Bangko Sentral defines neither a reference number nor a trace number on the pages read for this guide, so do not assume a bank’s number matches a wallet’s.

Transaction receipt: what to keep

GCash asks for a GCash transaction receipt with the reference number as proof for a Scam Protection claim. Keep the receipt, a screenshot and the details you noted in step 3, and keep the PDF if you requested older history.

For a GCash QR problem reported to ECPay, GCash’s merchant-side page lists a GPO Retailer ID, GPO mobile number, customer mobile number, amount, date and time, the Reference No. and a screenshot if available.

Banking days follow the calendar, so check the Philippine bank holidays calendar before you count them. Maya’s terms presume the transaction details in your notification and statement correct unless disputed within 15 days.

Where the JILI1 lobby fits

The JILI1 lobby’s own promotions name GCash and Maya, and its withdrawal terms mention a bank card. No cashier is visible before login, and the lobby prints no deposit or withdrawal amount, fee or processing time for this page to quote. Read the steps on the lobby’s deposit and withdrawal screens, and ask the lobby’s LIVE CHAT what it needs from you.

The wallet side of a payment is covered in the JILI1 GCash deposit route, the JILI1 withdrawal order of steps, and the GCash payments for casino play and Maya payments for casino use references.
