JILI1 Maya Card: Virtual vs Physical
Maya offers a virtual card, free with an upgraded account and at least PHP 100 in the wallet, and a physical card sold in Maya's shop.
- JILI1 Bank Holidays Philippines
- Proclamation No. 1006, signed 3 September 2025, sets the 2026 regular and special days; Proclamation No. 1427 does 2027.
- JILI1 CVV and 3D Secure
- The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit security code that proves the card is in your hand, and 3D Secure is the issuer's own check on top.
- JILI1 GCash Card
- The GCash Card is a prepaid Visa card that GCash links to your wallet once you are Fully Verified.
- JILI1 GCredit
- GCredit is a credit line inside GCash, lent by CIMB Bank Philippines, that pays merchants, bills and online purchases when your balance is short.
- JILI1 GCash
- On 7 October 2026 the lobby's promotions named GCash, and its Deposit Instructions say to use a fresh deposit account for every order.
- JILI1 Withdrawal
- Settle your bank card details first: the lobby's promotion terms say changing them before the first withdrawal forfeits bonuses and winnings.
- JILI1 Transaction Reference Number
- Open the payment's receipt or history entry in your wallet and copy the reference the wallet prints: GCash calls it a Reference ID or Ref.
Maya sells two cards under one name, and a Maya card question usually means one of them. This page puts the virtual card and the physical card side by side from Maya’s own pages, so you know which one you hold before you read a limit or a fee. JILI1 comes into it only at the end, where the card facts meet what the lobby shows about its cashier.
If you are still choosing between wallets and cards, the JILI1 payment methods overview is the page above this one.
Maya card types side by side
Maya’s page for its cards describes both products, and its help centre fills in the rest.
| Virtual card | Physical card | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | In the Maya app, under Cards | A card in your hand, sold at Maya’s shop |
| Cost | Free with an upgraded account and a minimum PHP 100 wallet balance | Priced in Maya’s shop |
| Best fit, per Maya | Online shops that accept Visa or Mastercard | Any place that accepts Visa or Mastercard, locally and abroad, including contactless |
| Security code | The app shows it as the CVV2 or security code | Printed on the back of the card |
The price of the physical card sits in Maya’s shop at store.paymaya.com, so read it there before you order.
Maya virtual card
Maya’s activation page gives the route: open the Cards tab in the Maya app, choose Get a free card on the virtual card banner, then Get a virtual card. Only users with a KYC1 or Upgraded profile and at least PHP 100.00 can proceed.
To see the card’s details afterwards, Maya’s support article says to go to Cards, then Wallet Cards, open the virtual card and show its details. The screen lists the card name, number, expiry date and the CVV2 or security code. Online, you pick Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard) at checkout and enter name, card number, expiry and CVV, according to Maya’s online shopping article. An SMS arrives and the Transactions list updates.
Maya physical card
Maya says the physical card works wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted, and that in store you can tap, swipe or dip it. When the terminal asks whether the card is savings or current, Maya’s in-store help says to choose savings.
A card bought outside the app is linked from the Cards tab through the Link your Maya card banner. Maya’s link page asks for the card number, the expiry month and year and the security code on the back, then a 6-digit Card PIN used for ATM and POS.
- Open the Cards tab and choose Link your Maya card.
- Enter the number, expiry and back-of-card security code.
- Set the 6-digit Card PIN.
For the ATM, Maya’s article says any ATM that accepts Visa or Mastercard will do, choose Savings and enter the card PIN. The bank’s fee is anywhere between PHP 15 and PHP 18 at most Philippine banks and PHP 10 at LandBank, per Maya.
Maya card limits
Maya’s account limits page ties limits to your account level, not to the card type. Maya’s ATM article states you may withdraw up to PHP 50,000 daily, and the limits page shows the same daily figure with a number of withdrawals that depends on the level.
| Maya account level | ATM withdrawal | Purchase limit, daily |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Shown as ”-” | PHP 50,000 |
| Upgraded | PHP 50K daily, 10 times a day, 60 times a month | PHP 100,000 |
| Super | PHP 50K daily, unlimited number | PHP 500,000 |
| Ultimate | PHP 50K daily, unlimited number | PHP 5,000,000 |
Card cash-in is PHP 10K per transaction on the limits page, with 5 attempts a day, while Maya’s cash-in article says up to PHP 10,000 and 10 transactions a day. Maya’s two pages differ, so check both before you plan around the count.
Lost card and the security code
Block a lost card in the Maya app first, then contact Maya. Maya’s contact page lists a hotline at (+632) 8845-7788 and a domestic toll-free line at 1-800-1084-57788.
Maya also states that it never asks for your password, OTP, 16-digit card number or card CVV, “even our representatives”. If an online payment fails at the code step, the CVV and 3D Secure fixes page walks through the causes. When a payment goes missing, the number to quote is covered in finding a transaction reference number.
Where the JILI1 lobby fits
The JILI1 lobby’s own promotions name GCash and Maya, and its withdrawal terms mention a bank card. The lobby prints no deposit or withdrawal figure of its own outside its promotions, and no cashier shows before you log in. Read the live channels on the deposit screen after login.
For how a Maya payment into a casino reads from the player side, see the Maya payments for casino play reference, and for cards in general the debit and credit cards casino reference.
