JILI1 JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

Titles from JILI show up in casino lobbies across the Philippines, and this page sets out what the company says about itself, not what operators say.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

JILI versus the studios that get mistaken for it

Mistaken for TaDa Gaming quite often: aggregators describe the two as sister brands under common ownership, and some attribute Fortune Gems and other titles to TaDa rather than JILI. Industry commentary supplied this rather than JILI’s own site, so it is described as a conflation and stops short of claiming ownership. Apart from this studio, there was ‘Jili777’, an unlicensed entity that ceased operating in January 2024.

JILI in the Philippine market

Game content approved by PAGCOR EGLD sits alongside a marketing site built for the Philippines. JILI itself has no PAGCOR operator licence, and legal commentary stresses this because it moves the question of a site’s standing onto the operator’s own licence.

Licences the studio holds

Records show JILI as having held: PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). Operator licences and studio licences are separate; the second applies to whoever builds the games, not to the casino hosting them, and players pursuing recourse deal with the operator’s regulator instead of the studio’s.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — The list of approved electronic games at PAGCOR EGLD has JILI titles on it. Nothing here makes JILI a PAGCOR-licensed operator; the approval only clears the game content for those operators that PAGCOR licenses.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 10 JILI titles: Fortune Gems, Money Coming, Wild Ace, Fortune Gems 3, Super Ace, Super Ace Deluxe, Golden Empire, Fortune Gems 2, Crazy 777, Dragon Treasure.

Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Royal Fishing and Golden Empire are the titles JILI itself puts forward on its own pages. All that this amounts to is the studio promoting its catalogue. It is silent both on which of them any casino carries and on which ones have pages here.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

Return-to-player figures never appear on JILI’s own game pages, because JILI does not release them. Sources that aggregate RTP for its titles, from third parties, disagree among themselves, so any figure quoted elsewhere comes from them. This site does not quote one.

Game pages run by JILI itself show no RTP. A review of fourteen official JILI game pages found RTP listed on none. Aggregators put numbers out regardless, disagreeing with one another by up to two points on the same title, so this page leaves them all out.

This matters more than it sounds. Repeating a number across comparison sites does not make it evidence when no primary source stands behind it; a return-to-player figure is only as reliable as its source.

2. Search by title, or filter the lobby by JILI.
3. A game keeps its stake range and paytable on the info screen, which deserves a look ahead of your first spin.
4. Fix a budget for the session before you start, then play a new title at a low stake until you know it.
