JILI1 GCash Card: Fees, Limits and Ordering
The GCash Card is a prepaid Visa card that GCash links to your wallet once you are Fully Verified.
- JILI1 Bank Holidays Philippines
- Proclamation No. 1006, signed 3 September 2025, sets the 2026 regular and special days; Proclamation No. 1427 does 2027.
- JILI1 CVV and 3D Secure
- The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit security code that proves the card is in your hand, and 3D Secure is the issuer's own check on top.
- JILI1 GCredit
- GCredit is a credit line inside GCash, lent by CIMB Bank Philippines, that pays merchants, bills and online purchases when your balance is short.
- JILI1 GCash
- On 7 October 2026 the lobby's promotions named GCash, and its Deposit Instructions say to use a fresh deposit account for every order.
- JILI1 Withdrawal
- Settle your bank card details first: the lobby's promotion terms say changing them before the first withdrawal forfeits bonuses and winnings.
- JILI1 Maya Card
- Maya offers a virtual card, free with an upgraded account and at least PHP 100 in the wallet, and a physical card sold in Maya's shop.
- JILI1 Transaction Reference Number
- Open the payment's receipt or history entry in your wallet and copy the reference the wallet prints: GCash calls it a Reference ID or Ref.

What the GCash Card is
GCash’s page “What is the GCash Card” calls it a personalized prepaid debit card that you link to your wallet once you are Fully Verified. The card works at merchants in 210 countries, according to the same page, and at BancNet and card-enabled ATMs.

GCash Visa Card or GCash Mastercard
The GCash Visa Card is the card GCash’s pages describe for new orders. The FAQ says you can use it anywhere Visa is accepted, even abroad, and withdraw cash at any Visa or BancNet ATM.
GCash Mastercard
GCash’s pages mention a Mastercard only once. On the page about a merchant not accepting the card, GCash writes that a GCash Mastercard “may not work with some online merchants” and recommends ordering a GCash Visa Card instead. GCash also notes that the GCash Amex Virtual Pay Card was discontinued on 1 April 2026.
Ordering, linking and first use
GCash gives the order and activation path in three help pages. The order price is PHP 250: PHP 185 for the card plus PHP 65 shipping.
- In the GCash app, go to Cards, then Order a GCash Card, then Order a card, then Send me a Card, review the order and pay.
- Wait for delivery. GCash says 10 to 13 business days, with SMS updates, by Ninja Van, ICS or Airspeed.
- When it arrives, go to Cards, then Link my Card, and enter the 6-digit authentication code, the last 4 digits of the card and the Virtual Account Number from the back.
- Set a 6-digit Card PIN. GCash says it must differ from your 4-digit GCash MPIN.
- Use it in store or at an ATM first. GCash’s FAQ asks you to wait 6 hours before shopping online.
To switch on online payments, GCash’s “How to pay using my GCash Card” page says to make a PIN-based POS purchase or ATM withdrawal first and wait at least 6 hours. After that you enter the card number and the CVV on the back at checkout. The CVV and 3D Secure fixes page explains what that code is for.
How many cards one account may hold
GCash’s own pages give two different answers, so both are printed here with their sources.

GCash Card fees and limits
GCash’s page “GCash Card fees and transaction limits” states 0% foreign exchange fees on international purchases. Local ATM providers set their own fees, which GCash says may range from PHP 0 to PHP 18. For limits, the same page gives this table, with the Fully Verified and Platinum columns as GCash prints them.

GCash says the daily withdrawal limit resets at 12:30 AM. GCash’s wallet limits page adds that separate limits may apply to the card on top of your wallet limits, so read both pages.
When the GCash Card will not pay
GCash’s page “Can’t pay using my GCash Card” lists what to check, in this order:
- The card is activated and not locked.
- The 6-hour wait after your first PIN-based transaction has passed, if you are paying online.
- The wallet balance covers the payment.
- The payment sits inside your wallet or card limits.
If a shop refuses the card, GCash’s page for that case adds one more check: that the merchant’s terminal supports your card. For lost or stolen cards, GCash says to lock the card from the Cards page, report it, and expect a representative within 1 to 2 business days.
GCash’s statement on gaming
GCash’s help centre states that, in compliance with the Bangko Sentral’s Memorandum M-2025-029, all licensed gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed from GCash effective 16 August 2025, and that the Games service is no longer in the app. The same page says GCash is not a gaming app. That statement is about the GCash app and its services, and GCash’s card pages are the record for the card.

Where the JILI1 lobby fits
The JILI1 lobby’s own promotions name GCash and Maya, and its withdrawal terms mention a bank card. No cashier is visible before you log in, and the lobby prints no deposit minimum, withdrawal minimum, fee or processing time outside its promotions.
