JILI1 Roulette Inside Bets
Inside bets sit on the number grid: straight (1 number) pays 35 to 1, split (2) 17 to 1, street (3) 11 to 1, corner (4) 8 to 1 and six line (6) 5 to 1 on Nevada's single-zero table.

The Banker bet pays 1 to 1 minus a 5% commission, the Player bet pays 1 to 1 and the Tie bet pays at least 8 to 1 in the regulator documents read for this page. Those rules come from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board, not from the lobby. The lobby’s Live Casino page opened on several Baccarat tables and Super Speed Baccarat A on 7 October 2026, and each table’s own rules panel is the final word for that table; see the JILI1 live casino tables overview for the lane itself.

Baccarat payout table: Banker, Player and Tie

BetMassachusetts rulesNevada live baccarat rules
Player1 to 11 to 1
Banker1 to 1 minus a vigorish of 5% of the amount won0.95 to 1
TieAt odds of at least 8 to 18 to 1

Both documents describe the same schedule in two ways. Nevada states live baccarat as played with a live dealer and a real table using 8 standard 52-card decks.

Banker bet: how the 5% commission works

The Massachusetts rules take the commission out of the win: a Banker wager wins 1 to 1 minus a vigorish equal to 5% of the amount won.

For example, a winning ₱100 Banker bet would pay ₱95 net at 0.95 to 1. The same document lets the licensee round the vigorish to 25 cents or the next highest multiple of 25 cents. It may be collected when the bet pays, or tracked and collected later, before a new shoe or when the player leaves.

The sources give the commission rule and the figures, and no reason for it. No source read says the Banker is the better bet, and none prints a house edge per bet, so read the table’s own rules panel for anything beyond the payouts.

Player bet: 1 to 1

A Player bet pays 1 to 1 in both documents. In the Massachusetts rules the Player draws on a total of 0 to 5 and stands on 6 or 7, and if either hand has a natural (8 or 9 on the first two cards) no more cards are dealt.

Massachusetts section 11 sets the Banker’s third-card rule:

  1. If the Player stands, the Banker draws on 5 or less.
  2. If the Player draws, the Banker draws on 0 to 2 and stands on 7.
  3. On 3, the Banker draws unless the Player’s third card is 8.
  4. On 4, it draws if that card is 2 to 7; on 5, if it is 4 to 7; on 6, if it is 6 or 7.

Tie bet and the baccarat tie

A tied hand returns the Player and Banker wagers, and only the Tie wager wins. The Massachusetts rules pay the Tie wager at odds of at least 8 to 1, and Nevada lists 8 to 1. A winning ₱100 Tie bet would return at least ₱800 in winnings, as an example of the 8 to 1 figure.

If you hold a Banker or Player bet when a baccarat tie lands, you keep your stake and win nothing on it. That is the reason the Tie sits in its own row of the table above.

No-commission tables and side bets

Some tables drop the commission and change a different payout.

Where to read the baccarat payout on your table

Open the table and read its rules panel before betting, because commission, no-commission and side-bet versions sit side by side in a lobby. Evolution’s standard round lasts 48 seconds and its Speed round 27 seconds, so there is time to read before the timer starts.

Pragmatic Play’s Baccarat page prints an RTP of 98.76%, and the same title also sits in its Other RNG list. Evolution prints no RTP on the baccarat pages read.

Compare the schedule with the roulette inside bets paytable, then look at the Casino Hold’em ante paytable and the live Color Game tables from Pragmatic Play.

FAQ

What does the Banker bet pay?

Massachusetts rules pay 1 to 1 minus a vigorish equal to 5% of the amount won. Nevada's live baccarat table lists Banker at 0.95 to 1, the same thing written as one number.

What does a Tie pay in baccarat?

The Massachusetts rules say at odds of at least 8 to 1, and Nevada's live paytable lists 8 to 1. On a tied hand, Player and Banker wagers are returned.

Is there a baccarat table without commission?

Yes. Evolution describes No Commission Baccarat, where Banker wins pay 1 to 1 except a Banker 6, which pays 0.5 to 1. Check your table's rules panel for which version you are on.

Does any source say which bet is best?

None of the sources read here makes that claim, and none prints a house edge per bet. Treat each bet as a different payout schedule, not a ranking.
