Data saver mode is a phone setting, and the JILI1 lobby runs in the same browser as every other page on your phone. This page sits in the JILI1 mobile browser pages and gives the exact paths on Android and iPhone from Google’s and Apple’s own help pages, plus what each setting changes.

Menus vary by phone maker. Google’s own page warns that if you use a custom Android version and the steps do not match, you should check with your device manufacturer.

Turn on data saver mode on Android

Google’s Pixel Help says Data Saver lets most apps and services get background data only over Wi-Fi, while currently active apps and services can still use mobile data. Android’s own site adds that it is available on Android 7.0 or later.

  1. Open Settings > Network & internet > Data Saver, on a Pixel, per Google’s help page.
  2. Switch Data Saver on. The icon in the status bar confirms it, and you can add it to Quick Settings.
  3. To keep one app running in the background on mobile data, open Unrestricted data and switch that app on.

Samsung lists “Turn Data saver on or off” on its support page for Galaxy phones, and says the feature can help cut data use by preventing background apps from using data. Open that page for the exact menu on your model.

Low Data Mode on iPhone

Apple’s Low Data Mode, available from iOS 13, restricts background network use. The path depends on your connection.

ConnectionWhere to find Low Data Mode
LTE or 4GSettings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Low Data Mode
5GSettings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Mode > Low Data Mode
Dual SIMSettings > Cellular, pick a number, then Low Data Mode
Wi-FiSettings > Wi-Fi > Info (i) button > Low Data Mode

Apple notes that settings vary by carrier. If you cannot find the toggle, open Apple’s Low Data Mode support page and match your connection type.

What Low Data Mode and Data Saver change for a game stream

The change is mostly in the background. Apple says Low Data Mode stops network use when apps are not in active use, turns off Background App Refresh, reduces streaming quality, and turns off automatic downloads and backups. Google’s Data Saver limits background data to Wi-Fi.

SettingBackground useStreaming
Data Saver (Android)Limited to Wi-Fi for most appsNot changed by Google’s page
Low Data Mode (iPhone)Stops when apps are not in active useQuality reduced

Neither company publishes a megabyte figure for a game or a casino page, so this site gives none. Compare the numbers on your own phone before and after, using the usage screens in the next section.

Data usage: where to see what your phone spends

Data usage is the count your phone keeps of what each app and service sent and received.

  1. On a Pixel, open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs to see total data used. App data usage shows graphs and per-app amounts, and you can set a warning or a limit that turns mobile data off.
  2. On an iPhone, open Settings > Cellular and scroll to see cellular data per app. You can switch cellular data off for a single app, and the Reset Statistics button sits at the bottom.
  3. Google notes your phone measures the usage, and some carriers measure differently. Apple says to contact your carrier for the most accurate count.

If you travel abroad, Apple also says to turn Data Roaming off in Cellular Data Options to avoid roaming charges.

What this means for the JILI1 lobby in your browser

With Data Saver or Low Data Mode on, the lobby page you are looking at is active and keeps working, while background activity is held back. Use this order if something changes.

  1. Reload the lobby page.
  2. If it stays empty, switch the setting off and reload again.
  3. If it works, switch it back on and compare data usage.

If a page stalls or opens empty after you change the setting, read the blank screen checklist and, for the browser itself, updating Chrome or Safari. When a form later asks for a number, the page on the Philippine mobile number format shows how it is written.

FAQ

Does data saver mode stop a game from loading?

How do I check my data usage on a phone?

On a Pixel open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs, where total data used and App data usage appear. On an iPhone open Settings > Cellular and scroll to the per-app list. Both vendors say your carrier's count can differ.

Where is Low Data Mode on iPhone?

It sits under Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options on LTE, under Data Mode on 5G, and under the Info button of a Wi-Fi network, per Apple's support page. Menus vary by carrier.
